Adam recently appeared in Mindy Kaling's hit Netflix series NEVER HAVE I EVER and in Peacock's John Wick prequel THE CONTINENTAL. He also guest starred in the critically acclaimed THE BEAR for FX/Hulu and appeared in sci-fi short MY ONLY FRIEND IS A ROBOT NAMED BEANS.
He previously appeared in Maria Schrader's SHE SAID, the Universal feature based on the best-selling book of the same name, as well as Showtime's THE AFFAIR and their period drama GOOD LORD BIRD, and had a supporting role in the Oscar nominated film MANK. Other credits include HBO's MY DINNER WITH HERVÉ, indie comedy ODE TO JOY, Aaron Sorkin's STEVE JOBS, Netflix's SENSE8, ABC's CRISTELA, Audience Network's KINGDOM, and NBC comedy TRIAL & ERROR. He is also known for a wide variety of episodic television roles in both comedy and drama.
Adam is a co-founder IAMA Theatre Company, and won an Ovation Awards for IAMA’s LA premiere of The Recommendation by Jon Caren (Winner Best Production 2014) and received an Ovation Award nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Musical for Hey, Morgan! a world premiere comedy by Matthew Fogel and Isaac Laskin, directed by Matt Shakman at the Black Dahlia Theatre. More stage credits include: RENT, You are Here, The Accidental Blonde, the world premieres of Leslye Headland’s Bachelorette and Assistance (IAMA Theatre Company), and “David” in Paul Grellong’s west coast premiere of Manuscript (The Elephant).
Adam is the founder of Shappy Pretzel Co., an L.A.-based Philly soft pretzel company, which he turned from a pandemic cooking experiment into a bustling business. Adam lives in LA with wife, Katie Lowes and his children, Albee and Vera.
