Morgan rose to prominence with her debut Netflix special "I’m Every Woman"(March 2023), showcasing her relatable humor and Southern charm, and was followed by "Unspeakable Things" (November 2025) which also debuted at #1 on Netflix's Top 10, reaching 3.8 million viewers in its first week and won a Television/Streaming National Gracie Award. Her Netflix sitcom LEANNE, loosely based on her personal life and comedy and created by Chuck Lorre, debuted in Netflix's Top 10 and generated over 1.3 billion minutes viewed in its first two weeks, fulfilling a lifelong dream of starring in her own show with the acclaimed producer. Ahead of its Season 2 premiere, the series received two Emmy nominations in 2026: Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program and Outstanding Picture Editing for a Multi-Camera Comedy Series.
 
During the first six months of her "Just Getting Started" tour, Morgan sold over 100,000 tickets at prestigious venues such as the Chicago Theatre and Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium in her native Tennessee. Her transition from intimate comedy clubs to larger arenas came after the resounding success of her special, affirming her status as a comedic powerhouse. She is currently on her nationwide tour, Leanne Morgan: Working It Out, Y'all, and is embarking on The Time of Our Lives Tour, the largest tour of her career, running across 32 markets in the United States, with plans to film a new comedy special during the tour.
