'Kevin Keller' in The CW’s Riverdale, upcoming in Black Spartans and The Mascot
Casey Cott currently portrays series regular ‘Kevin Keller’ on the hit TV adaptation of the Archie Comic Universe’s, RIVERDALE. Being the first openly gay character in the entire history of Archie Comics, he drew immediate attention.
The actor recently was seen alongside Vanessa Hudgens and Kiersey Clemons in Paramount and Saban Films’ thriller Asking for It, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. In 2018 Casey appeared as ‘Trevor Olsson’ in ALL THE LITTLE THINGS WE KILL, an indie film that tackles the issue of gun violence. In April 2019, Casey took the stage – singing, dancing and performing - as lead character ‘Tommy’ in the prestigious Kennedy Center production of THE WHO’S TOMMY. Directed and choreographed by Josh Rhodes, the show is a story of triumph over adversity from the point-of-view of a young man who is blind, deaf, and dumb. It is based on the The Who’s rock opera album, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.
Casey grew up in Ohio, middle child of three kids, son of an investment banker/former Air Force fighter pilot. In 2016, Casey graduated from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon School of Drama (and also that same year he starred as Sabrina Carpenter’s boyfriend in her music video for single “Why”). He currently resides between Vancouver, where he shoots Riverdale, and New York City. Casey is engaged to be married in late 2021 to his longtime love. He is an avid golfer, skier and overall adventurer.
