With record-breaking sales and socks as colorful as his personality, Fredrik Eklund has become an icon in real estate and on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” series, appearing in both the New York and Los Angeles versions. As the co-founder of The Eklund | Gomes Team with John Gomes, the duo has secured over $15 billion in closed sales over the last decade and were officially the number #1 team in the country with $4.6 billion in transactions, awarded the #1 mega team nationwide at Elliman

Eklund moved to Los Angeles in 2019 to spearhead the team’s expansion into California, and has surpassed over $550 million in sales volume within the last 12 months in California alone. Some notable residential sales include Sky Lane (asking $29.995 million), Strand Beach Drive (asking $27.5 million) and Calle Isabella (asking $38 million), just to name a few.

He is currently developing a real estate series with Vanderpump Rules producer Evolution Media, following his team of real estate professionals based in Miami. He co-founded REAL, a new app to change the global real estate industry, and launched podcast FREKVENSEN in Swedish. He has been featured in numerous major publications including the NY Times, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Architectural Digest, and has amassed millions of social media followers.

He is involved in several charities including My Big Day with the Princess of Sweden, Madeleine, as well as Zimbabwe's Forgotten Children. He is married to abstract artist Derek Kaplan, and they share twin children.
