Kelly McCreary is best known for her nine-year run as ‘Dr. Maggie Pierce’ on ABC's Grey's Anatomy and is currently filming POWER: ORIGINS, the next chapter of the Power Universe.
Prior to joining the cast in Season 10, she had appeared on television in Scandal, Castle, Emily Owens M.D., White Collar, and Rubicon, among other shows. She also voiced 'Dot' in Netflix animated series Harvey Street Kids, and hosted podcast How It Is on Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine network.
On the big screen, McCreary portrayed Eartha Kitt in the indie film, _Life _opposite Dane DeHaan and Robert Pattinson. Other film credits include Baby, Baby, Baby, Being Flynn, and How To Follow Strangers, and recently, she produced and starred in the short film, The Middle Game.

McCreary sits on the board of the Equal Justice Society, a legal organization pursuing the dismantling of institutional bias, and is a supporter of Feeding America and a champion for the environment and conscious consumerism.
McCreary is an alumna of Barnard College, and trained at the Chautauqua Conservatory Theater Company, British American Drama Academy in London, and The Actors Center in New York.
