Tahj co-stars with Mark Wahlberg, Regina Hall, and Kevin Hart in the Netflix comedy, Me Time, which was on Netflix Top Ten movies list. The film follows a stay-at-home dad who finds himself with some "me time” for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He reconnects with his former best friend for a wild weekend that nearly upends his life. 

Tahj's other credits include Let's Get Merried, How We Roll, Welcome Matt, and Baby Daddy, which ran for 6 seasons and received a People's Choice Award. Having filmed over 300 episodes of television, he made his debut on ABC's Who's the Boss? at age four and has since appeared on The Game, ABC's Full House, and Desperate Housewives. Tahj played a recurring role as Teddy on Full House and is best known for his role as TJ Henderson in Smart Guy (Tahj is currently developing a reboot).

He starred in Are We Done Yet, Seventeen Again, Bad Meat, and Disney Channel movies Hounded and The Poof Point. He voiced 'Wade' in Disney's Kim Possible and 'Young Sonic' in Sonic the Hedgehog.

Tahj was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is the brother of actresses Tia and Tamera Mowry. He has been nominated for multiple NAACP Image Awards and MTV Movie and Television Awards. Tahj was featured in People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive issue.
