Omar Benson Miller is known for his roles as ‘Walter Simmons’ on CBS’ CSI: MIAMI, ‘Charles Greane’ on HBO’s BALLERS, CBS comedy series THE UNICORN, and as the voice of ‘Raphael’ on RISE OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES and its 2022 film. Other credits include SEX, LOVE & SECRETS, and CBS’ TRUE LIES. He garnered his second NAACP Image Award nomination (2023) for his turn in Apple TV+ limited series THE LAST DAYS OF PTOLEMY GREY, led by Samuel L. Jackson.
More recently, starred as ‘Cornbread’ in the highly-anticipated horror-thriller SINNERS with Michael B. Jordan from BLACK PANTHER director Ryan Coogler (April 2024), and he starred in NAPLES TO NEW YORK (November 2024), an indie based on a story penned in the 1940s by a young Federico Fellini, who was not yet a filmmaker, and his longtime friend and collaborator Tullio Pinelli.
On the big screen, he is known for his roles in MIRACLE AT ST. ANNA and 8 MILE. Other film credits include AMERICAN PIE PRESENTS: BAND CAMP, GET RICH OR DIE TRYIN', THE EXPRESS: THE ERNIE DAVIS STORY, TRANSFORMERS, AND SHALL WE DANCE.
He was raised in Anaheim, California, and graduated from San Jose State University. He resides in Los Angeles at his hilltop “adult funhouse” that he built, where he enjoys video games and wine drinking.
