Paul Adelstein is an actor, writer, and producer, known for playing ‘Cooper Freedman’ in the television series PRIVATE PRACTICE, ‘Agent Paul Kellerman’ in PRISON BREAK, ‘Jake’ in GIRLFRIEND’S GUIDE TO DIVORCE and ‘Leo Bergen’ in SCANDAL.
Adelstein also co-created, wrote, and produced the dark-comedy series IMPOSTERS, currently #9 on Netflix list of acquired series.
Other notable projects include the Coen Brothers INTOLERABLE CRUELTY, BEDAZZLED, and RETURN TO ZERO.
Adelstein attended Bowdoin College and began his theater career in Chicago as a member of John Cusack’s NEW CRIME PRODUCTIONS theater company; he later appeared in many productions with STEPPENWOLF THEATRE COMPANY.
