Tricia Helfer is an actress, model, producer, and philanthropist, best known for her Leo award-winning lead performance as the beautiful and deadly ‘Cylon Number Six' in the critically acclaimed SyFy series BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
 
Helfer began her career winning the Ford Models' Supermodel of the World Contest in 1992 and walking for top fashion shows, such as Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Versace, Christian Dior, Givenchy, and Dolce & Gabbana. She also appeared on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Elle, Marie Claire, and Vogue, among others.
 
She has since developed her resume beyond the catwalk to include a diverse array of roles, highlighting her versatile and natural screen presence. Helfer later appeared in television series, including TRON: UPRISING (voice), KILLER WOMEN, SUITS, LUCIFER, TNT's DARK BLUE, Sony’s POWERS, SCENT OF THE MISSING, SyFy mini-series ASCENSION, and on the Nathan Fillion/Alan Tudyk comedy project, CON MAN. She also starred in Starz series STEP UP: HIGH WATER, on SyFy's VAN HELSING as the iconic 'Dracula', and in FOX drama BOMBSHELL opposite Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, John Lithgow and Margot Robbie,

She also voiced GREEN LANTERN: FIRST FLIGHT, Disney XD's THE SPECTACULAR SPIDERMAN, and TRON: UPRISING. Her prolific video game voice work includes Halo: ODST, Mass Effect 2 and 3, and StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, for which she won the 2010 VGA for Best Performance by a Human Female.

Tricia recently starred in THE GREAT SALISH HEIST and HELLO BEAUTIFUL, and stars in Luke Sparke's sci-fi horror PRIMITIVE WAR. She is upcoming in USA Network's mystery drama ANNA PIGEON, sci-fi film OCCUPATION RAINFALL: CHAPTER 2, and in the fifth season of Netflix's THE LINCOLN LAWYER.
 
In addition to acting, Helfer is an extremely avid philanthropist. She has worked with the Humane Society of United States, Best Friends Animal Society, AmFAR, and co-founded the charity company ACTING OUTLAWS to help raise awareness for charities, organizations and events she supports.
