Biography

Ben Feldman is a seasoned television and film actor, best known for his current role on the hit NBC comedy SUPERSTORE, alongside America Ferrera. He also currently stars as ‘Tylor’ in Disney+ Monsters, Inc spinoff MONSTERS AT WORK in its 1st season. The show follows his character, an eager and talented young mechanic on the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team (MIFT) who dreams of working his way up to the factory Laugh Floor to become a Jokester alongside his idols Mike and Sulley.

He has done stage acting, including the Broadway play THE GRADUATE along with Alicia Silverstone and Kathleen Turner. He also played a leading character in THE PERFECT MAN and portrayed Fran Drescher's son on the television series LIVING WITH FRAN.

From 2009 to 2011, he was a regular on the television series DROP DEAD DIVA in the role of ‘Fred the Angel’, but left the series at the start of the fourth season although he made occasional appearances. He was Emmy nominated for his portrayal of ‘Michael Ginsberg’ in the award winning series MAD MEN. GQ.com says: “In just two episodes and a few short scenes, actor Ben Feldman has created one of TVs most enigmatic new characters, lovable and reprehensible and compulsively watchable.” He also starred as ‘Ron LaFlamme’ the hit comedy SILICION VALLEY. Other recent TV work includes a starring role opposite Cristin Milioti on NBC’s A TO Z and a recurring role on THE MINDY PROJECT.

On the film side, Ben can be seen in the independent feature THUMPER, directed by Jordan Ross, and starred in the independent comedy BETWEEN US opposite Olivia Thirlby. Additional film credits include AS ABOVE, SO BELOW (Universal Pictures), FRIDAY THE 13TH (New Line Cinema) and CLOVERFIELD (Paramount Pictures).

Feldman was born in Washington, D.C. His father, Robert, runs an ad agency. His aunt (mother's sister) is chef Susan Feniger. He was involved in camp and school theater from the age of six. He worked as a camp counselor in the theater and taught a videography class for several summers in Bethesda, Maryland. He attended Ithaca College in New York, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting.

After graduating, he moved to New York City, where he performed on Broadway and eventually moved to Los Angeles to act in film and television. Feldman currently lives in Los Angeles, California, with his wife Michelle Mulitz, an interior designer, and their two children. Feldman is a passionate foodie and is co-owner of a wine label called Angelica Cellars.
